The Wonderful World Of What?

People are always basking in the glory of celebrations, when you get engaged there is a party.

When you are getting married they find ways to share and celebrate with friends and family in the most unique forms

I have noticed that for a while now there has been a big push on the internet with wedding blogs and pics of people with the save the date stuff

That is truly fabulous, however, I started to wonder why do we only celebrate the "gushy gushy times"
why do we not celebrate other times and then I found these like minded people!

I think there is something very therapeutic in celebrate almost all the events you want to share.

Who knew that celebrating your divorce could be the next big thing!

Divorce party-planner in Los Angeles says her business has tripled since 2003, and even in a recession, she books three parties a month at $5,000 to $20,000 a pop (that’s a lot of alimony). In Las Vegas, party-planning company Vegas VIP says bookings for divorce parties have gone up by 70%, “a result of more people finding out about celebrating divorce by throwing a wild party or a laid-back night out with a group of friends,” it says. The company can arrange dance outings, club nights, pool parties, and even private dinners complete with a “divorce cake.”

What's next? or do I even want to know?

The Town that spent 25 Years Underwater

This is Villa Epecuen, an old tourist town south of Buenos Aires that spent a quarter of a century underwater. Established in the 1920s on the banks of a salt lake, the town was home to over 5,000 residents and a holiday destination to thousands more vacationers from the Argentinian capital.
20121113-134235.jpg
In 1985, a dam burst and buried the town in 33 feet of salt water, rendering it a modern-day Atlantis. Initially, people waited on their roofs, hoping for the water to recede. It didn’t, and within two days, the place was a devastated ghost town.
In 2009, the waters began to recede and what emerged resembles an apocalyptic world.

Evenly-spaced dead trees still line what used to be streets, rusty bed frames poke out from concrete rubble and sign posts point to nowhere.

Amazingly, one resident remained in this desolate place. Pablo Novak was the only person not to leave his hometown when the water swallowed it up in 1985. He lives in a stone hut with a fridge and a basic cooker. I guess there’s no place like home…

The Body Beautiful

This post was inspired by some comments from you know who you are to share a little more of me, so I thought I would put it out there and discuss the human body and the internet.  Below are some examples of the bodies beautiful.

I guess beauty is in the eye of the beholder and it comes in all shapes and sizes and what appeals to you comes down to preference.

Some of the best bodies in the world are on the internet, some professional pics and others self taken photos.

Either way it is incredible how beautiful the human body can be for both men and women.

Keeping in mind a little mystery is good for us all, a preview of this body is all I will share in my own mysterious ways

Ending on that note STOP STARING AT MY ASS! LOL

The Great Debate.......To Cross or Not Cross that is the Question?

People since it all started coming out so to speak have been debating this same question over and over.  To cross or uncross that is the question.

I have never been overly enthused about a man that crosses his legs and yet a man with excessive body hair can wax all he wants and I don't find that girly hmmm....

I thought maybe I should do a little more research.I found a whole bunch of celebrities that do cross their legs.

I mean come on I never thought I would see Will Smith all cross legged and such sigh........

And yet  Matthew McConaughey does it all the time

Even the men we found traditionally manly had in fact been seen crossing their legs too.

Donald Draper of Mad Men

Charlie Sheen

Bruce Willis but Not Morgan Freeman

Grrrrrrrrrrrrr....I was mistaken

I am still not certain that I freely enjoy the cross legged man.   I think this debate is the one to last through all time.

Good Morning World

Good morning people, I am nothing with out my coffee in the morning.

Ohhhhhhh steaming hot lovely cup of Java to wake me up and start my morning off right.
Nooooooooooooo not this hot!

something a little less dramatic please, "cue the rolling of the eyes" well, you get the point

This is how I like my coffee in the morning

or maybe...yes definitely this way

it makes for a eye catching break in the day

Then again I would take up skiing if I thought he would bring me coffee when I wanted it LOL

There is just something about a cool place to come and have your coffee that changes the feel of your day.  Is that what they mean when they call it a coffee subculture?

Call it what you will but what ever you call it, that is what starts this groggy girls day.

Now I am off to work see you in a bit with the next post

Outside Of The Box...

I have always had a fascination for the people that are not afraid to completely be themselves despite what others or society as a whole might think.

There is something to be said for those that think outside of the box.  Those lovable people that bring some flavor, and a special touch of uniqueness that spices up life a little.

Sites like "The People of Walmart.com" and the barrage of roller coaster pics, family photos gone by and just the strange and unusual, will always be popular among the masses for obvious reasons!

For more pics like these click on the link below

But it is not just the people of Walmart that we all love and it is not a department store that they are limited too.  They are in your malls, and schools, and streets all around you.

Windy Days will always bring out the best look of others

 Enjoy them while you can

Home Gym vs Going To The Gym

Recently I started going back to the gym.  When the holidays came and went so all my energy and I was feeling a little bit like a blowfish!

So back to the Gym for me. I have been hitting the treadmill pretty hard along with a series of machines like the rowing machine, and the weight machines for ab crunches and more.

Decompressing in the swim classes and whirlpool and sauna at the end of the work out.
But here is the thing I saw a video for a new at home system that is yeah yeah I know portable and easy to use. Here is the home kit you get and below is the link to the video on how it works so you can see why I am debating over this issue.
